Ruah Counselling Centre, a non-profit community counselling agency, provides individual, couple and family counselling, as well as psychoeducational and supportive groups to those 16 years of age and older. Our services seek to support interdependence between individuals, relationships, communities, and our environments. We provide individual, couple and family counselling in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, anger, work-life, challenges, life transitions, parenting, and interpersonal relationships. Our psychosocial groups are based on the following 5 pillars: Parenting; Relationship Building; Wellness; Youth; Spirituality. We provide professional counselling services in an environment which supports client autonomy and well-being.

Ruah will be offering a virtual 8-week group, When You See Red for Women, starting February 18, 2026.

Prior to the group’s start date, we will connect all interested participants with the facilitator or group assistant for a brief phone conversation. This chat will help us gather a bit more information, review group guidelines, discuss topics covered, and ensure the group is a good fit for what you’re looking for.
