New Schedule Additions! ✨
We’re excited to add 3 new classes to our schedule! All classes take place in the Dharma Room (non-heated, with music). These classes are perfect for slowing down, restoring, and reconnecting.
🧘🏻♀️ Mondays | 8:30 PM — Wall Yin (NH)
A slow, grounding class using the wall as a supportive prop for long-held, passive postures. Release tension in hips, spine, and legs with minimal effort. The wall allows the body to relax more, helping ease tension in the fascia, ligaments, and joints. Perfect for relaxation, stillness, and gentle opening. Accessible for all levels.
💆🏼♀️ Wednesdays | 8:30 PM — Relax & Reset Therapeutic Yoga (NH)
This restorative class invites you to pause and reconnect with your body by releasing physical tension and quieting the mind. Each class combines gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation to help you slow down, nourish your body, and develop tools for greater stress resilience in daily life. Great for beginners or anyone with stiffness, stress, or injuries.
🌿 Thursdays | 5:30 PM — Restorative Yoga (NH)
A slow-paced practice that stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system to promote relaxation. Props are used to support your body weight, allowing for passive release of deep tension. This class is suitable for everyone.
