We are closed for the day today. Anyone with appointments will be contacted to reschedule. Dr. White will be away Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of this week, but Dr. McDonald will be in the clinic if you need to be seen. Remember when shoveling to warm up before starting, lift with your legs not your back and take breaks!!

Coastal is excited to welcome Dr. Alanna McDonald!!
Dr. McDonald has been in practice since 2008, and serviced the Torbay and St. John’s area for the past 18 years. She combines hands-on clinical experience with a deep understanding of the nervous system and through evidence-informed care is focused on restoring movement, supporting nervous system function and helping patients live healthier, more active lives.
When she is not working she is spending time with her husband, three kids and two dogs. During the summer months you’ll find her sailing with her family or readings good book.
Dr. McDonald is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays and is accepting new patients.
