I did a thing! Over the summer I did some professional development which included a Manual Therapy program - “Foundations in Manual Therapy: Rethinking Manual Therapy and Exercise for the Tongue”. It was such an enriching experience learning from Walt Fritz . I am so grateful for the experience to learn from him. His work is so impactful and important. Thank you for offering your courses online so that those who wish to continue to study and learn can do so! I’m feeling excited and full of deeper understanding about the tongue and I know this work will have an important place in the work I do with the voice.

One of my favourite exercises for working on flexibility in the muscles connected to the ribs. Flexibility is often an overlooked component of vocal stamina. It takes time and intention but it’s worth it! Get rolling!
