Today, we’re raising a pint to our friends at Quidi Vidi Brewery on 30 incredible years. An OG of Newfoundland’s craft brewery scene, they’ve put our province on the map and paved the way for many others. 🙌

We’ve been fortunate to work together many times over the years, helping to bring to life some pretty memorable brands, and one particularly beloved mascot. 🧑🏼‍🚀

Here’s to many more years and brews to come. 🥳🍻

We picked up multiple wins at the 2026 Applied Arts Photography & Illustration Awards, celebrating the best work across Canada. We took home five awards for our incredible client, Bluefiná, one of the world’s finest bluefin tuna providers out of Ensenada, Mexico. Special thanks to the real rockstar photographer who helped bring it all to life. ✨

All while looking effortlessly stylish. 😎 She loves getting lost in books, bingeing crime podcasts, and is a serious pickleback enthusiast… truly one of a kind. 😉

115 years later, we’re still talking about the gender wage gap. Why? Because it still exists. Canadian women earn 88 cents for every dollar men make. That gap is even wider for racialized and Indigenous women. So for this year’s IWD theme, Give to Gain, we’re giving real information until we all gain equity. ✨✊

How has it been six years already since our rockstar Strategy Director, Chris St. Croix, joined the team? We don’t know. What we do know is that these have been six of the best years ever. 🙌🥳

Chris has been at the heart of every major project we’ve built, bringing spot-on strategies, killer insights, and just the right internet-scouring superpowers to make some of the coolest campaigns possible. 👏

And that’s not all. He’s also a talented writer, designer, editor, baker, sneaker lover, and coffee connoisseur. How does he take his coffee, you ask? Very seriously.

Today, we’re celebrating our rockstar Creative Director, Terri Roberts, for ten unforgettable years at Ray. A true creative force, she turns the toughest briefs into award-winning ideas and whips up killer copy (usually three words or less). She’s an exceptional mentor, a big-hearted leader, and one of the funniest people in the room. 🫶

As someone who famously dodges the spotlight, she’ll probably be cringing at this. But we only get one chance to publicly gush, so we are taking it. 😆

Terri, you are an absolute legend. Thank you for ten years of brilliance! 🥂

Last night, Ray was cheering on the rising stars in the skilled trades at the 2026 Trailblazer Gala. ✨

Super stoked to partner with Office to Advance Women Apprentices NL on the launch of the Built Collective, an initiative focused on advancing women in trades through apprenticeship and leadership. Our interactive activation invited guests to help us build each other up and share what it means to them, showing how our mission is shaping the industry.

Big congrats to OAWA on a stellar night. 👏🥂

She’s one of just 16 award-winning international creatives chosen for her sharp eye, standout taste, and over a decade of experience. Her design instincts are so good, they now come with a gavel. 🧑‍⚖️😉

Today, we’re celebrating our production manager, Jennifer Wellsman, for three incredible years at Ray. ✨🎉

We can’t imagine what day-to-day life here would look like without her. She keeps the entire office running smoothly (and very well fed 🙌), tracks all the deadlines, and delegates tasks like a pro. Even our Ray parties wouldn’t be the same without her fun energy and born-to-win attitude - it’s a sight to watch her dominate every game. 💪

So let’s give it up for this queen! 👑👏

Ray is officially switching to vacation mode from Dec. 23 to Jan. 4, trading emails for turkey dinner and deadlines for holiday romcom binges. 🎉

As we wrap up another awesome year of milestones and incredible collaborations, we thank our amazing clients and the legendary Ray crew. 🙌

SPANL’s helpful programs and resources keep hearts full all year round. Kudos to them for making life easier for parents across the province. ✨😇
