Crispy Flatbread with Brie, Dried Cranberries & Toasted Walnuts with a Hot Honey Drizzle
Ingredients:
2 large flatbreads
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup Brie cheese, sliced or torn
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves (optional)
For Hot Honey Drizzle:
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Brush flatbreads lightly with olive oil on both sides.
Bake flatbreads for 8–10 minutes until crispy.
Remove from oven and top with Brie cheese, dried cranberries, and toasted walnuts. Sprinkle with fresh thyme if using.
Return to the oven for 3–5 minutes until the Brie is soft and slightly melted.
In a small saucepan, gently warm honey with chili flakes, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until infused.
Drizzle the hot honey over the flatbreads before serving.
Slice and serve immediately while warm and crispy.
