So thankful for this incredible team. ❤️

Last Friday, we traded in our scrubs for something a little more festive and gathered to celebrate the holidays. I’m so grateful for this group and the unique talents each person brings to our practice.

A huge thank you to Tracey at The Merchant Tavern for hosting us and letting the nursing team have some fun crafting our featured cocktails — they were a hit!

And to my team… thank you for the beautiful gifts: the custom wine glasses, the Sooley goodies, and chocolates. It truly made my Christmas feel extra special.

Today, we’re sharing a procedure that often flies under the radar but makes a remarkable difference - back liposuction ✨

This patient wanted a smoother, more defined back by removing pockets of stubborn fat that just wouldn’t budge. A natural-looking finish and minimal scarring were top priorities for her.

The back is one of those areas that can be tough to shape through lifestyle and exercise alone, especially as the body changes over time. Procedures like this can offer subtle, beautiful contouring that restores confidence and comfort 💖.

We’re so grateful to our patient for allowing us to show her progress — and keep in mind, these after photos are taken just 2 weeks after surgery. She’s already feeling amazing about her results, and we’re thrilled for her 🌸.

Feeling incredibly honoured and inspired. 💕

This past weekend, Brandi and I travelled to Toronto for the 33rd RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards . I was privileged to be named one of the top three finalists for this award out of 9,000 great women nominees. And although we didn’t take home the top spot, I’m returning to Newfoundland with my head held high and heart full—grateful to have made it this far on a national stage.

Growing up in Newfoundland, it’s easy to underestimate ourselves and how far we can go. This event was a powerful reminder of what’s possible. We met some truly remarkable women entrepreneurs, each with their own journey. No two stories were alike, yet all shared the same drive: to stay true to themselves, work hard, and pursue their goals with consistency and heart.

These past few years have been incredibly busy—from a wide range of surgeries and patients to the opening of our new OR location. This weekend offered a rare moment to pause, reflect on all we’ve accomplished, and get excited about what’s ahead.

We’re proud to share that Christmas with Care is back for its third year — our annual online auction in support of The Salvation Army The Salvation Army in Newfoundland & Labrador - Atlantic Division ✨🎄

This initiative means so much to us, and we’re excited to continue partnering with Bartlett Auction House to make it happen. Items donated by local businesses will be available for online bidding, with 100% of proceeds going directly to The Salvation Army to help provide toys for kids, food donations, clothing, and so much more.
