Do your nervous system a kindness, and join Cheryl this Sunday for Restorative Yoga & Breath. 🌿
Restorative Yoga is a nourishing and passive practice intended to help you recharge and unwind. All poses are long-held, floor-based, and super-supported with a cozy nest of props. Paired with soothing breath work, this session will bring you well-needed rest and deep relaxation.
Cheryl has been a student of yoga for 30 years and a teacher for almost 20, in addition to her work as a Naturotherapist. She loves to teach Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra as these practices leave her feeling more kind hearted to herself and the beings around her. Her calm, gentle presence is like a warm hug- you’re sure to feel safe in her care.
If this sounds like something your body and heart would benefit from, but you’re not able to attend in person, we’ve decided to open this session up for Online participation as well. Props needed (and potential substitutes) are listed on the class registration page, so you can prepare your own cozy nest at home! 💻
