Whole Body is a one‑hour Yoga Nidra practice designed for people who want to feel revived through deep, conscious rest and inner exploration. The class begins with breath work, moves into simple, floor‑based stretches to enhance relaxation, and closes with a guided Yoga Nidra practice using custom and traditional scripts to support whole‑body awareness.
This session is for anyone looking to de‑stress, reset, and tune in to the calm within. Whether you’re new to yoga, returning after time away, or a regular practitioner, Whole Body offers a safe, supportive space to pause, reset, reconnect.
Wade teaches yoga the way he strives to live: steady, simple, and true. He began practicing in the mid‑2000s and became a familiar face at Nova Yoga where he practiced almost daily for more than a decade. In 2018 he completed his 200‑hour Hatha Yoga certification with Shakti Yoga, followed by specialized training in Yoga Nidra. After a two‑year hiatus to focus on his own practice, Wade returned with a clear intention: to share what yoga has given him—recovery, reconnection, and peace.
The first offering is tonight, November 10th at 7pm.
