A medical professional from TLC can visit you and your family at home, in hospital or at your place of work to undertake an assessment of your needs. With you, we will design a care plan / plan of action that meets your needs and provides the service and flexibility you require. Our trained and highly professional staff ensures that client’s rights and confidentiality are respected at all times.
