In today’s video, Dr. Powell demonstrates an easy taping method called Low dye strapping, which is useful for heel and arch pain. Taping is meant to provide short term pain relief. If you find this helpful, it would be a good idea to book with one of our podiatrists for an assessment. We offer several different therapy’s for heel and arch pain such as:
