🐾 Saturday Visits from Our St. John Ambulance NL Therapy Dogs Therapy Dogs 🐾

Every Saturday, our residents are treated to heartwarming visits from the St. John Ambulance Therapy Dogs. These wonderful dogs and their dedicated volunteer handlers bring comfort, joy, and meaningful companionship to our home.

Their gentle presence never fails to brighten the day. Whether it’s a soft nuzzle, a wagging tail, or simply the comfort of being close to a friendly pup, these moments create smiles that last long after the visit ends.

We extend our sincere appreciation to St. John Ambulance and their incredible therapy dog teams for sharing their time and kindness with us each week. Your visits truly enrich the lives of our residents. 💛🐶

We look forward to many more Saturdays filled with furry friends and heartwarming smiles!

On Remembrance Day, we pause with our residents, families, and team to honour all who served—and the loved ones who stood beside them.

To the Veterans within our home and across Canada: thank you for your courage, sacrifice, and service.

**Classic Car Show Cancelled**

Given the recent events in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, and the recent wildfires, air quality, and high temperatures impacting areas within the Avalon region, we have decided to cancel our Classic Car Show.

The safety and comfort of our residents, guests, and community is our top priority.
