Join Nicole Blackwood this Spring for a 8-week Prenatal Yoga series both in studio or online.

**Gift certificates are also available!**

Nourish, soothe, and honour the beautiful vessel that is doing the most amazing work of growing your baby.

A typical class includes seated, kneeling, and standing postures all designed to support your body during pregnancy and prepare your body for bringing baby into the world.

We also practice Supreme Release Yoga to release spinal and pelvic tension and restorative postures to rejuvenate.

Pranayama utilizing the breath and guided awareness practices help integrate your experience for holistic nourishment of your body, mind, and heart.

Classes also include pregnancy and birth education to help foster the connection to your innate wisdom for pregnancy, birth, and parenthood.

No previous yoga experience required. Suitable for moms 12 weeks through delivery.

Recordings of the live classes will also be available for a week after each class to practice at home.

Nourish and Restore Practice with Christie Fahey will begin by connecting your breath and body with gentle movement to release tension and tightness. Followed by longer held yin poses to create space within the connection tissue and your mind. Finally, we will soften into a restorative pose and withdrawal from our senses and relax into a guided meditation from outside to inside the body.

Our Mom & Baby Postnatal Yoga classes are a supportive space to reconnect with your body, release tension, and gently rebuild strength, all with your baby right beside you.

Starting this Thursday!

Bring your baby along as you carve out time to nurture yourself in a class created specifically for the postpartum season.

This supportive practice helps you reconnect with your body in a space that makes room for feeding, fussing, movement, and rest.

Through yoga postures and functional movement, we create more space and freedom within while easing tension and gradually rebuilding strength.

We pay special attention to areas that often feel overworked or depleted in early motherhood, including the abdominals, shoulders, neck, hips, and low back.

Variations and props are offered so you can meet your body exactly where it is, not where you think it should be.

This class is a beautiful way to ease back into movement, reconnect with your body, and be held in a community of other moms who understand this tender, powerful season.

There is no bouncing back here.

Gather with Darla for a 4-week exploration of Iyengar Yoga.

Iyengar yoga emphasizes the balance between stability and mobility, and the development of self-awareness through precision in movement and attention to the more subtle aspects of posture and breath. This 6-class series will be an opportunity to practice asanas through the wisdom and intelligence of the work of B.K.S. Iyengar.

This class introduces the basic principles of alignment of the standing poses, the seated poses, and the movements of the spine for beginning backbends, forward bends, inversions and twists. Props are often used to facilitate movement and the breath, you will learn that when the breath settles, tension in the brain settles.

You will develop mobility, stability, and strength through expanding your knowledge of the foundational asanas. Sanskrit names and yogic philosophy are introduced. This class is appropriate for students new to yoga or to the Iyengar method, or for experienced yoga students who want to strengthen their practice of fundamental actions and alignment in asanas.

While this series is also offered online via Zoom, due to the nature of this class students joining from home will need to have the necessary props available and have the ability to turn on their camera so Darla can assist.

In-studio students will receive hands-on support from Darla, and she may step away from the camera at times to provide this assistance. For those new to Iyengar Yoga, it is recommended to attend in person.

This Restorative Sequence invites you into a deeply supported practice of letting go. Through long, nourishing restorative poses and the intelligent use of props, you’re guided out of effort and into ease, allowing your nervous system to settle and your body to rest, digest, and restore. This class explores Aparigraha—taking only what one needs. But not as giving up on something, but as releasing the need to hold, strive, or achieve. You’ll leave feeling grounded, spacious, and quietly replenished.
