Time for a big ANNOUNCEMENT!
I am so happy to announce we have another team member joining our practice at Thames Medical Centre! Dr. Brett O'Drowsky, DC will be working with us providing Chiropractice services on Tuesdays and eventually Fridays starting NEXT week! The Goblet Squat Challenge

This challenge has been posted in different locations from Dr. John Rusin, to YouTube and Instagram.

The original challenge calls for performing a goblet squat with 50% body weight and aiming for 25 unbroken reps.

The goblet squat is an efficient exercise that challenges the entire body from grip, upper back, core and lower body strength to hip and ankle mobility.

Do not get caught up in the weight, and reps! In my opinion the important part of this challenge is setting a goal, getting moving, and recognizing how adaptable and resilient your body really is!
