Thanks to Brooke for attending the Mitchell Breast Cancer Fundraiser last night
Incredible to see the community’s generosity and the event organizers dedication in raising funds for the Stratford Rotary Hospice this year. 💝
And no, I did not win the “Reach For The Cure” shoulder mobility challenge.

🪨 Look at this cool rock I found on my morning walk! 😆😎
For you. 🤎🤍🖤💛Here ya go.
Incase you needed a little 🤎 reminder this weekend. This rock wants to let you know:
🪨you’re doing great -keep going
🪨 you have people who love you
🪨 you are heard
🪨 you are valued
And most importantly….
🪨Your Physio won’t hate you if you don’t get all your exercises in this weekend. I mean, You should probably still try…but if you need to enjoy other things…it’ll be fine…you’ll be fine. Do half? 2 or 3? Hot tub is an appropriate substitute for pelvic floor relaxation I would think…surely laughing has to be some kind of pelvic floor strengthening …do some laughing …I’ll go see if I can find an academic article to support this…brb.

It is my hope that this page will be a space for you to explore information about pelvic health physiotherapy and provide a starting point for seeking help. Sadly, many people struggle with symptoms of pelvic dysfunction for many years before they get the help they need. Often, they incorrectly believe that these issues are “normal” consequences of childbirth, aging or post-surgical function. I don’t want that to be you.
I am exceedingly passionate about all things pelvic health and about helping both men and women attain a better quality of life for issues that don’t often get talked about or addressed. With a strong background in sports injuries, I hold a special interest in treating persistent hip and low back pain as well as pelvic pain/dysfunction in athletes. I also love helping women get back to exercise - whatever level that may be - after giving birth. I love working out of Rebirth Wellness Centre with a multidisciplinary, holistic health team that is as passionate as I am about supporting women in their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey.
My approach to care values the complex nature of pelvic health conditions, appreciating the role that social, psychological and emotional factors as well as experiences of trauma can have on the development and recovery of these conditions.
Did you know that pelvic health physiotherapy can address symptoms of urinary incontinence, f***l incontinence, urinary frequency or urgency, pain with in*******se, pelvic organ prolapse, abdominal dysfunction, chronic constipation, pelvic pain, low back and/or hip pain, testicular and/or pe**le pain, erectile dysfunction, and non-bacterial prostatitis (just to name a few!)? I hope you will feel comfortable to share this information with friends and family members who may also be struggling with symptoms of pelvic dysfunction. Let them know that something can be done.
I’d love to connect with you - please send me a message! However, please note that individual treatment advice cannot be given out online.
