My calling is to inspire others towards a more wholesome lifestyle by nourishing thy self with nutrient-rich whole foods, clean eco-conscious choices, balance and enjoyment. I've created Lush Earth to be a trusted source of food education, inspiration and next-level dining services. Essentially, a healthy catering company that provides not only beautiful nourishing foods, but also fun kitchen workshops, retreat services, personal-chef services, innovative recipes and menu creation, all while keeping flavor and sustainability in mind. We work with the freshest ingredients, keeping it local and organic when possible. With wide creative vision, we provide elegant and fulfilling dishes, suit to your constitutional needs/requests. With a well-rounded or "whole" view on health, my recipes aim to encourage balance and healing within the body, while delivering an incredible flavor experience! It is my hope that with adequate knowledge and awareness of our internal & external environment, we as humanity can thrive to our highest potential.

Last month was our Lush Earth Oasis 2 year anniversary! 🥳 Of being on this beautiful sacred property. Operating this buisness. Everyday, I still wake up pinching myself to make sure it's real 💓
Creating a space for all kinds of people to come together, to celebrate life, to laugh, to play, to heal, to explore, to connect. It's the ultimate soul food. Seeing this place grow & expand every month, every day. Every human that leaves smiling, nourished, refreshed, inspired. This is the stuff that keeps me going.
Thank you for being part of our first 2 years of the journey. Every guest, every facilitator that has trusted in us, in the sacred container we create together... Thank you ❤️ and a huge thank you to my dear co-pilot Robbie and our families, who this could not have been possible without. It's been the biggest challenge of my life, and it hasn't been easy, but by far the most rewarding, on a deep level. I have chills of inspiration thinking of the future of this place, and the plans slowly marinating & manifesting ✨

Recent ugrades: In the past few months, we managed to expand two more private bunkies on the property, built a custom outdoor bathroom AND jungle style shower. Took on 8 beautiful healthy (and FUNNY) chickens. Lots of property & garden stuff. Upgraded septic. And more.

Trying to get better at posting & sharing more! Haven't been too active here past few months. There's been groups at the house every weekend since May! Summers are HOT & high demand here at LEO! 😎 I can't complain, especially being too busy to remember to get my phone out!

The heart of the house ❤️... and my favourite room... The Lush Earth Oasis Kitchen!🧑‍🍳 Where all the delicious fun happens! This kitchen has seen a lot of magic & fed a lot of happy bellies. Perfect large island counter for hosting workshops or cooking classes. Equipt with probbaly every appliance or kitchen gaget you might need. This is Robbie & Amanda's playground after all 😋

Reminder, when you book our place, you can have us cook OR bring in your own chef! We love sharing our kitchen!
