Sharing on behalf of the Steinbach Girl Guides who are hosting a Winter Market on Tuesday from 6:30-8:00pm (or while supplies last). Our Pathfinder group (girls in grade 7 thru 9) have each designed and crafted items for sale. All fund raised will go towards their Winter Wellness Camp in February. This gives girls as chance to design and create something beautiful, and learn to display and earn money through crafting as well as give parents a break from paying for extra activities like camp.

To check your pulse, place two fingers on the inside of your wrist or on the side of your neck, and count the beats for 15 or 30 seconds, then multiply to find your heart rate per minute. Do not use your thumb, as it has its own pulse.
