When we ignore our own yes’s or no’s this proves to ourselves that we don’t value our self enough to live in alignment to ourselves. This is a disconnect. To be harmonious in our world, we simply start with harmony within oneself. Listening to the inner truth and living by that truth is the path to inner harmony. If we want a kind world, we have to be kind to our self first.

Yes! Also this is true for all humans. If we don’t know how we feel we can’t be emotionally helpful to our loved ones.
