“Who Am I, Really?”
~ a 4-Week Full-Day Somatic Integration Series for Women

……This is a body-led, trauma-informed group focused on nervous-system regulation and emotional/energetic integration. Participation is by conversation. Referrals welcome.

This series is for you if you answer “yes” to these questions:

~ Am I curious about who I am beneath old roles, survival patterns, or expectations — even if I don’t yet know what will emerge?

~ Can I take responsibility for my own pacing, boundaries, and care during a group process?

~ Does slow, body-based exploration feel supportive right now, rather than overwhelming or urgent?
