Every Reiki session at EASE is guided by your comfort and what feels most supportive for you. Reiki may be offered either completely hands-off, working within the energy field, or with optional gentle touch at select points such as the crown, third eye, hands, knees, and feet.

For some, gentle hands-on Reiki can feel more grounding or more intense, while others prefer the subtlety of hands-off energy work. Both approaches support deep relaxation, balance, and nervous system calming.

You’re always invited to choose what feels right — and you’re welcome to change your mind at any time during your session 💛
