Using props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks, we’ll hold each pose for several minutes, allowing your muscles to release tension and your nervous system to shift into a state of profound calm. These passive, supported stretches are designed to open the body slowly and melt away accumulated stress.
The practice culminates in a transformative session of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep). During Yoga Nidra, you’ll lie comfortably in Savasana while being guided through a systematic meditative relaxation. This state of conscious rest invites deep mental and emotional release. It’s a powerful tool for clearing the mind, reducing anxiety, and setting positive intentions for a peaceful holiday season.
