What a way to end the week!! PWLST Residents shared their love with a litter of puppies from Saving Grace Animal Society!! These puppies are all up for adoption and are so cute! The residents loved the puppy kisses, cuddles and all the playful energy!!

A message from Amanda Whittemore, General Manager...

"It’s hard to find the words as I say farewell to my Points West Living Stettler family. ❤️

Over the past two years, it has been one of the greatest honors of my life to be part of this incredible community. Together, we’ve built more than just a place to live—we’ve built a home filled with laughter, compassion, and connection. You’ve all taught me so much about love, resilience, and the power of true community.
The Eden Philosophy has always been at the heart of what we do—working to eliminate the three plagues of loneliness, helplessness, and boredom by bringing purpose, belonging, and joy to every day. Watching residents and care partners live these values has been deeply inspiring and something I’ll carry with me always.

Thank you for the smiles, the coffee chats, the laughter down the halls, and the countless small moments that made this journey unforgettable. If I didn’t get a chance to say goodbye in person, please know you were in my thoughts and heart today.

This isn’t goodbye—it’s simply “see you later.” From my family to yours, thank you from the bottom of my heart for letting me be part of your lives. 💙

PWLST is hosting our Town Hall (Resident/Family Information Meeting) tomorrow September 23rd. PLEASE NOTE: There has been a time change to 6:00pm to accommodate musical entertainment that was postponed from last week.

PWLST Residents always look forward to seeing the littles at our Oaks and Acorns program with Stettler and Area Family Resource Network!! We love watching them play, learn and grow!

Intergenerational programs help us connect with our younger selves while the children show us to focus on the moment and be creative. It helps to build a collaborative and supportive atmosphere where kindness and a smile go a long way!! It also challenges us to be creative and imagine!

We are very honoured to host this group in our community monthly on the first Thursday of the month!! Looking forward to seeing everyone out after a summer apart!!

Is there any better way to fill your love-cup after the long weekend than joining us at on Tuesday, Sept 2? ♥️

Our Oaks & Acorns program is possibly the most precious program that we run. Come for some intergenerational fun! Let’s create meaningful interactions between our kiddos and our local seniors 🥺🫶

Points West Living Stettler Residents spent some time over the past few weeks at Spirit's Respite Ranch. Smiles were had, pets were given, and treats were shared!! We had a fabulous time creating memories that last forever!

Thank you to Janelle and her wonderful crew for hosting us and welcoming us to the ranch!! We enjoyed the visit and time spent at the ranch!! What an amazing way to wrap up the summer!!

On rainy days like today, PWLST Residents and Care Partners miss the beautiful opportunity to go for a morning walk in the sunshine. We are so thankful for our beautiful community of Stettler and the opportunity to live beside our wonderful West Stettler Park and pond. The pathways provide a full loop from our building to discover the scenery and wonderful wildlife that reside there.

LPN - (1) Temporary FTE 0.6 (Days, Weekends - 0700-1500), 8-Hour service time, with the possibility of extension
