Curious to see what takes place during a therapeutic treatment?

Here are tidbits of a session given to reduce pain in a knee that has instability due to a ACL injury (awaiting surgery).

This video has been sped up to 3x speed.

Goals: reduce pain and tightness

Work was done to lengthen tissues, reduce tightness and tone in both the upper and lower leg muscles as well as surrounding the knee joint.

Post-session after a good scrub to remove all the oil, K-tape was applied to give the knee a little bit of extra support.
