This is my life until October 🌞 I couldn’t tell you the rules of football if I tried 😂 but I do know the joy of sitting in the sun, toes in the grass, and watching these kids build the foundation of something bigger. Better soak it up while we can—before the white stuff makes an appearance ❄️.

When you're literally driving toward each other but headed to different places... you pull over for a roadside love bomb 💣💗

Even if it’s quick, we make time — because girl time fuels the soul. Especially ours. Needs to be weekly (ideally) but the last couple weeks have been rough and hard to schedule time. Lol.

Celebrated a fresh new teenager (see her new jean jacket? 😉), shared snacks + laughs, and filled our cups with the best kind of energy 💕

There’s something about the sound of a stream and the touch of cold water on bare skin that brings me home to myself. 🌿✨

It’s the movement of water—and its crisp, cold embrace—that I love most about this element.
It reminds me to flow, to release, to feel everything and let it pass through.

This is where I clear my energy, reconnect with Spirit, and remember who I am beneath it all.

Water is my element.
Nature is my temple.
And this—this is healing. 💧

This week moved fast — maybe that's what happens when your soul is recharging.
Sunshine, lake water, laughter, and just enough adventure to fill our cups. 💛🌊✨

Some sweet highlights:

Jake water skied for the first time (proud parent moment 💫)

Tuff got up on the kneeboard all by himself — pure determination and joy 🏄‍♂️

I got up on skis once… which counts as a win in my books 😂

Tuff also fell in love with dominos (his calm, focused era?)

We’re all sun-kissed, glowing, and managed to dodge the dreaded burn 🙌

Crushed 15lbs of fresh BC blueberries, 10lbs of cherries, and a bunch of juicy peaches — nourishment for the body and soul 🍒🫐🍑

Closed the trip with a peaceful wander at Margaret Falls — thank you Jo for that grounding, beautiful suggestion 🌿💧

Tomorrow we head home, feeling grateful, connected, and a little more aligned.
