Time for a break from the heat and some more routine in our lives! Here's the fall schedule:

Mondays: 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. – Beginner/Intermediate Yoga
Tuesdays: 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. – Intermediate Yoga
Thursdays: 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. – Gentle Yoga
