Orthotherapy combines deep tissue massage, joint mobilization, stretching, and corrective exercises to restore alignment, mobility and function. Registered with the Réseau des massothérapeutes professionnels du Québec. Specializing in deep tissue release, muscle & joint pain, injury relief, posture & range of motion, and trained in Swedish therapeutic massage with an ortho therapeutic approach. Certified with the Yoga Alliance, showing client's beneficial stretches and strength/mobility training to aid in recovery and maintenance. Focused on getting results and benefiting client's health. Currently completing the college program for Orthotherapy. Orthotherapy is a holistic, multi-disciplinary approach to relieve muscle pains and restore the balance within the body. Orthotherapy is a combination of massage, kinesitherapy (joint mobilization), exercise therapy, postural reeducation, and nutrition.

*Willing to work outside of office hours for emergency services.
*Willing to provide mobile services for those who can not travel due to
injury/disability.
*Insurance receipts available.
