Reminder that the Stittsville Legion will be hosting their Remembrance Day ceremonies today starting at 1:45pm with a parade leaving from the Legion located near our office. Stittsville Main will be temporarily closed as the parade makes its way to the Stittsville Cenotaph.

We’re excited to announce that Dr. Erin Kelly is the newest partner to join Dr. Motluk, Dr. Franzmann, Dr. Ferguson, and Dr. Bond at Stittsville Optometry!
Dr. Kelly grew up in Kanata and attended Holy Redeemer School and Holy Trinity High School. In 2007 she graduated with honours from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Biology & Anthropology. She then received her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2013 from the University of Waterloo, graduating on the Dean’s Honour list. During her studies she interned at Vision America centre in Alabama. She also volunteered in an eye care mission to Peru and volunteered with the Lion’s Club Opening Eyes program where she performed vision screenings for athletes in the Special Olympics.
Dr. Kelly joined our team at Stittsville Optometry in 2015 and since then has become an integral part of our office. She has also taken an interest in myopia control and will be seeing orthokeratology patients alongside Dr. Motluk.
Today the mother of 2 lives in Stittsville with her husband, Dustin. Her warm and caring demeanor makes everyone feel welcome and we are so excited to see her on this new journey.
