‼️Week 12… WE MADE IT TO THE END TEAM! YAY!!! You should all be so proud of yourselves for making it to the end of this program. You’ve worked so hard and we can’t wait to see it pay off on Feb. 21st! This week we are only doing one lift day, keeping it fresh, sharp, and dangerous.

For the rest of the week focus on walking, light stretching and most importantly… eating and sleeping well! Best of luck on the 21st everyone!!💪🏋🏻🔥
