A love note to encourage you to make time for your daily practice: ❤️
As we move through the first weeks of a new year, many of us begin with enthusiasm, clarity, and renewed commitment. And then — quite naturally — February arrives. The novelty wears off, energy shifts, and motivation can begin to waver.
Here’s the good news: practice does not require motivation.
We often believe we need to feel motivated before we show up for the things that support us. In truth, the opposite is usually what’s needed. We show up first — even when we don’t feel like it — and it’s the act of practicing that generates motivation, clarity, and momentum.
Each time we sit, we are choosing Presence over postponement. We are reminding ourselves:
I don’t have to wait to feel ready. I can begin now.
This is how commitment deepens — not through force or willpower, but through repetition, care, and trust. Regular practice meets us where we are and carries us forward, especially when enthusiasm ebbs.
All February MDP and MNP weeks are now open for registration on the website. You’re welcome to register week by week, or set your commitment for the month and let your practice hold you.
You’re warmly invited to join us — to sit with yourself, together, and allow practice to do what it does best.
