What a great way to celebrate a great man today with the Hero WOD Allen..Allen you managed to bring the Crux gang back together on a day that was bittersweet but wow what a great tribute to such a special man.
The WOD was fitting, including every movement he loved. (My quads are still on fire and I'm a little scared for tomorrow. šŸ‹ļø).
There was so much ā¤ļøā¤ļø today. It was so nice to see you all and we miss you .
Thanks to everyone involved in bringing this together and a big shout out to for hosting us all.
