Cottage Cheese Chips
Savory, crispy, and crunchy - your new favorite high-protein, low-carb snack!

Ingredients:
• Cottage cheese: 1 cup (226g)
• Shredded cheddar cheese: ¼ cup (30g)
• Everything Bagel seasoning: 2 tbsp (18g)

How to Make:
1. Preheat: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Form Chips: Place 1.5 tbsp portions of cottage cheese on the baking sheet, then flatten each with a spoon.
3. Season: Sprinkle each chip with 1 tsp of shredded cheddar cheese and a pinch of Everything Bagel seasoning.
4. Bake: Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the edges are dark brown and crispy.
5. Cool: Remove from the oven and let them cool completely. They'll get crispy as they cool!

Tips & Swaps:
• Extra Crispy: Make sure to flatten the cottage cheese very thin before baking for maximum crunch.
• Spice It Up: Add a dash of cayenne pepper or crushed red pepper flakes to the seasoning.
• Vegan Version: Use plant-based ricotta and vegan shredded cheese as a substitute.

Sorry to say Summer is coming to a close BUT it’s time to start focusing on you again! 🫶🏻

Are YOU ready to work on strengthening your body in a fun, encouraging environment? 💪🏻

I’ve had many inquiries about my monthly challenges so here we GO!!!!

I’m once again offering MONTHLY Kelbelfitness Challenges you can do from the comfort of your home.
STARTING MONDAY SEPTEMBER 1!

These workouts can be done on your own time. All it takes is 5-10 minutes a day.
I provide you with short daily challenges you incorporate into your day to become a stronger version of you! (And if you miss a day you can always catch up!)

By adding daily movement you will notice improvements in your mobility, flexibility, tackle daily tasks and you may even notice some aches and pains you struggle with may start improving….and who doesn’t want that?

We will start out with basic bodyweight movements and you have the option of adding weights or bands IF you so choose.

We have an encouraging private FB group where you will get all the help and support you need to CRUSH your workouts!
