Cottage Cheese Chips
Savory, crispy, and crunchy - your new favorite high-protein, low-carb snack!
Ingredients:
• Cottage cheese: 1 cup (226g)
• Shredded cheddar cheese: ¼ cup (30g)
• Everything Bagel seasoning: 2 tbsp (18g)
How to Make:
1. Preheat: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Form Chips: Place 1.5 tbsp portions of cottage cheese on the baking sheet, then flatten each with a spoon.
3. Season: Sprinkle each chip with 1 tsp of shredded cheddar cheese and a pinch of Everything Bagel seasoning.
4. Bake: Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the edges are dark brown and crispy.
5. Cool: Remove from the oven and let them cool completely. They'll get crispy as they cool!
Tips & Swaps:
• Extra Crispy: Make sure to flatten the cottage cheese very thin before baking for maximum crunch.
• Spice It Up: Add a dash of cayenne pepper or crushed red pepper flakes to the seasoning.
• Vegan Version: Use plant-based ricotta and vegan shredded cheese as a substitute.
