FREE Post Concussion Education Program.

Free 6 week multi-disciplinary education program for those with concussion symptoms.

Participants will:

1. Learn strategies to improve functioning, coping, and life participation.
2. Receive tools to overcome common challenges with getting started, following-through, and staying on-track.
3. Engage with others affected by concussion in a safe space for sharing, empathetic listening, and advocating.
4. Leave the program with individualized plans for Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Physio Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology.

This session combines grounding breath work, gentle movement, journaling exercises and meditation, all to help release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your inner self as you set meaningful intentions for the year ahead.
