Amazing program opportunity!! 👏👏😀
Very excited to announce that this summer Memorable Connections will be collaborating with Transitions Acres to provide some horse therapy!
Rides will be provided to and from this program and we will max this at 6 participants. This will be a monthly program. Looking to hold it the last Wednesday of the month in the afternoon, tentative start end of May. Participants can sign up on a month to month basis.
$60 / session HST included in price
- horse therapy session
- 2.5 hours of respite
- ride to / from the program
*Able to be offered rain or shine
