One of the things I’ve learned over the years is that growth rarely asks for permission. Sometimes it simply opens a new door and invites you to trust where it leads.

When I opened my brick and mortar in Stratford, I truly thought I would be here forever, but life has a way of gently (and sometimes not so gently) reminding you that growth requires movement.

With our third baby arriving this September, everything in my world is expanding. My family, my home, and the way I’m being called to live and work. And in that expansion, a new path has opened for The Healing Room.

So here we go again.

Not starting over…
but growing forward.

The next chapter of The Healing Room will be in Mitchell. Sometimes the path you thought was permanent becomes the path that prepared you for the next one. And as hard as change can be, I’ve learned something along the way:

Surrender and trust the process.

The Healing Room officially transitions May 1 and I can’t wait to welcome you into the new space.

Healing isn’t a place.
It’s a process.
And sometimes the process asks us to grow.

You’ve heard it time and time again, your bloodwork is “normal,” but you still feel off.

Here’s why that can happen:

Bloodwork looks at chemistry. It measures concentrations of markers in the blood (hormones, enzymes, nutrients, inflammatory markers) usually at rest and within population based reference ranges. It tells us what’s present, not always how your cells are functioning or adapting.

ICR looks at bio electrical function. It’s a scan that assesses how your body responds to specific ion frequencies offering insight into cellular communication, nervous system tone, and energetic demand. It helps map your electrical terrain and how your system is responding in real time.

Different tools. Different information.

Bloodwork and ICR aren’t competing they’re just looking at different layers of physiology.

Tattoos & Heavy Metals 🖤⚡️
I’m not here to tell you something I haven’t lived. I’m covered in tattoos, colourful ones, black + white ones, layered with stories and seasons of my life.

But here’s what most people don’t realize…
Tattoo ink is loaded with heavy metals, (mercury, aluminum, nickel, lead, titanium dioxide) and those metals don’t just stay in your skin. They move and are recognized by your body as foreign.

Your immune system immediately tries to contain them. White blood cells rush in and trap those particles but here’s the thing: they can’t actually break them down.
So instead, your body stores them.

Where? In your lymphatic system, your body’s drainage and detox network.

Your body isn’t mechanical first, it’s electric first.
Before chemistry.
Before biology.
Before structure.
Every cell, every organ, and every emotion runs on voltage.

So when you introduce metals into that system, you alter the signal. You create static in the frequency field your body relies on to heal.
