We are excited to offer our Introduction to Mindfulness six-week course starting Wednesdays from March 25 to April 29, 2026. This is a great workshop for anyone wanting to learn how to navigate stress using the evidence-based Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) model developed by the wonderful Jon Kabat-Zinn.
