We are preparing for our 2nd annual hockey tournament - This year we are looking at having 10 Women's teams and 6 Men's teams. If interested in learning more follow our Hockey Page

100% of the money raised from this tournament will go back to Memorable Connections programs!

Memorable Connections is a Not for Profit located in Stratford, Ontario. Providing Recreation for seniors with dementia. Our annual hockey tournament helps provide funding for our programs.

On December 16th we will be making multiple holiday treats. All ingredients are included and each participant will be sent home with a box full of goodies!

We have 3 spots open, come join us for the day :) spots are reserved for individuals with dementia

$40 - HST included in the price - this includes 2 hours of respite plus a box full of treats

Held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Stratford

Thank you to KDB Law for sponsoring our Community Outing Group. With KDB Law’s sponsorship we were able to offer the outing group at a minimal cost for participants!

Today our baking group made S’more Bites with Girl Guide Cookies

Every week our baking group makes a different recipe and what they make gets sent home to share (or keep for themselves).

It’s also a great time to socialize and get out of the house in the wintertime

The program is from 1-3pm and only $40 - HST included in price

We are accepting new clients for this program

Our community outing group had a great time at Alley Cat Cafe today!

Would highly recommend, we had 1 hour with the cats and then we had sandwiches at the cafe and they were delicious
