February often brings a quiet kind of burnout.
Not the dramatic kind, but the slow exhaustion that shows up as low motivation, emotional flatness, irritability, or feeling “off” without a clear reason.
By this point in winter, many nervous systems are simply tired. Short daylight, prolonged stress, and months of pushing through tend to catch up right about now.
Therapy in this season isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about understanding what your system needs and responding with care, rather than more pressure.
Support matters, especially when things feel heavy but hard to name.
