Meet Deborah, one of our therapists at Reclaim & Rise!

Deborah works with youth, adults, couples, and families who are navigating relationship challenges, parenting stress, and ongoing tension at home. When communication starts to break down or things feel strained, it can be hard to know how to move forward or even where to begin.

Her approach is calm, supportive, and focused on helping people slow things down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and begin to reconnect in a way that feels meaningful and lasting. Whether you are working through conflict, navigating a difficult stage with your teen, or trying to rebuild connection in your relationship, Deborah creates a space where each person feels heard and respected.

Deborah offers virtual therapy across Ontario for youth, adults, couples, and families.

If you are looking for support to strengthen communication, reduce tension, and find a way forward together, she may be a really good fit!

February often brings a quiet kind of burnout.

Not the dramatic kind, but the slow exhaustion that shows up as low motivation, emotional flatness, irritability, or feeling “off” without a clear reason.

By this point in winter, many nervous systems are simply tired. Short daylight, prolonged stress, and months of pushing through tend to catch up right about now.

Therapy in this season isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about understanding what your system needs and responding with care, rather than more pressure.

Support matters, especially when things feel heavy but hard to name.
