It’s back !!!
One of my favourite classes that I have designed.
The deal :
I create a playlist
I show you and cue you the sequence about 3-4 times.
The next 30 min or so I cue you with movement only. You follow along and try and remember and it’s the best meditation ever. You’re in your body and out of your head and listening to music.
You get lost or don’t like a move change it make it yours.
It can be challenging but it’s as challenging as you make it.
