We are looking for an energetic and motivated Kinesiologist to join our Stratford team. The ideal candidate enjoys working as part of a team, values client-centered care, and takes initiative in helping clients recover, move better, and stay well.

The ideal candidate will:
🌟Collaborate closely with Physiotherapists to assist in progressing clients’ treatment plans
🌟Design and implement work-hardening programs under a Physiotherapist’s guidance
🌟Perform functional assessments and assist with return-to-work processes
🌟Maintain a clean, organized, and safe gym and treatment environment
🌟Provide light administrative support, manage inventory, and handle opening/closing duties
🌟Assist with marketing initiatives and foster a collaborative clinic culture

Qualifications:
✅Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology
✅Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach
✅Enthusiasm for working with clients to enhance outcomes and achieve goals
✅Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals

Osteoporosis is often called a "silent disease" because it develops slowly and may not show symptoms until a fracture occurs. It causes bones to become weak and brittle - even a minor fall or bump can lead to a break.

Here's what you should know to protect your bone health:
💡 Early detection is key - bone density scans can identify early bone loss before a facture happens

We are looking for a talented, friendly and compassionate Administrative Assistant to join our Stratford team.

The ideal candidate will:
🌟Display strong attention to customer service and embody a dedicated work ethic.
🌟Showcase organizational, time management and decision making skills.
🌟Be able to make decisions independently and work effectively as a team member.
🌟Have positive communication skills to provide a high quality patient experience.
🌟Display a positive attitude with empathy to improve team productivity.
🌟Be proficient with learning to use an appointment scheduling software.

Qualifications:
✅Be Kind, Empathic, Dependable, Team Player
✅Knowledge and understanding of medical office work ie. billing insurances, scheduling appointments an asset
✅Completion of a recognized Office Administration program an asset

Responsibilities:
🌟Work directly with Clinical Director and multi-disciplinary healthcare team.
🌟Managing the day-to-day activities of the clinic by providing administrative duties such as: scheduling appointments, answering telephones, scanning, faxing, mailing, etc.
🌟Greeting patients and maintaining a pristine friendly environment.
🌟Ensuring confidentiality of patient records, medical information and communicate with insurance companies, adjustors and case managers
🌟Maintaining accurate files & patient records, consent forms, processing payments, end of day transaction reports and collections of all outstanding accounts.
🌟Implement protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity, be responsible for managing inventory reports and ordering products.
🌟Follow all reporting requirements for third party vendors – WCB, MVA, LTD claims.
🌟Laundry and cleaning duties as needed.

* Note: Training is provided on all aspects of the role with ongoing support from a core of other administrative assistants.

✨We're excited to announce the GLA:D BACK Program, starting November 5th at our Stratford clinic with Osteopath/Kinesiologist Allison St. Pierre.

This is the first time the GLA:D Back Program is being offered on the island, and we're proud to bring this evidence-based program to our community.

This program focuses on helping people with persistent or recurring back pain through education and guided exercise. Participants learn how to manage symptoms, improve strength, and move with confidence.

Founded in 2009, reactive health is an Island-owned, diversified healthcare company.

We are extremely proud of our dedicated, multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals and their commitment to providing personalized, therapeutic and wellness services here on Prince Edward Island.

At reactive health we offer: physiotherapy, massage therapy, sports medicine rehabilitation, pelvic care and women’s health, vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, orthopedic manual therapy, fascial stretch therapy, acupuncture, nutritional therapies, cancer rehabilitation, pre-post surgical care, individual and group medical exercise prescription as well as many other variations of private outpatient services.

Currently, we operate 6 physical locations Island wide to better serve our communities and offer services for all individuals across their lifespan.
