It’s hot room season! And that means it’s the perfect time for your teen to check out the studio 🧘🏼‍♀️ It is truly such a fun time for all those involved!

Join Christa and the teens for a 60-minute reduced heat modo yoga class in a loving, kind and welcoming space for all levels! Teen yoga runs every Wednesday from 8:30PM to 9:30PM.

Finally - the big reveal! It takes our breath away every time we step into this space. It is truly the place to be this hot room season, and we are so lucky every time we have you join us 🤍

With added space (yes we knocked out a whole wall!), new dim lighting, extra heaters and a built in sound system — we couldn’t be more happier with the experience that this room now gives.

One more MAJOR thank you to and everything you did to help us call this place a refreshed home once again. We are forever grateful.

Community classes are back on our schedule! Join us Sundays at 11:30AM for a Modo-style class at a reduced, accessible rate of $10. This class is suitable for students with varying degrees of yoga experience and postures can be modified to meet the needs of both beginners and more experienced students. You may see new faces at the front of class as Community classes are often led by teachers-in-training.

New Holiday Open House vendor announcement! 🎄😊 Hello! I’m Danielle! Stratford resident, mom, and Owner of The Pink Room Beauty Lounge, Infinity Academy, and Eterna Holistic Skincare.

Earlier this year I wrote a children’s book about a middle child with ADHD in hopes that it would bring awareness to others and help the parents and children who can relate feel like they’re not alone.

In Stuck in the Middle, Elliot Grey who was created inspired by my son Tyson is anything but quiet. With boundless energy, bold personality, and a one-of-a-kind way of thinking, he represents the students who bring spark, creativity, and big ideas to every room they enter.

Elliot’s story reflects many children we see in our schools; the kids who learn differently, think outside the box, and thrive when their energy is channeled into opportunities rather than limitations.

Elliot Grey is a reminder of the importance of recognizing diverse learning styles and seeing every child’s individuality as an asset that can drive innovation, leadership, and resilience in the next generation.

In Stratford we are a local and family run business with be heart! We are grateful to be a part of Stratford’s vibrant and supportive community. It is our goal to make yoga accessible to all through our carefully instructed classes to $5 drop in classes to make it more affordable. We believe yoga is for everyone!
