We’re excited to invite senior parents of individuals with intellectual disabilities and those who are seniors, to join us for a meaningful community kitchen gathering designed to connect, share, and support one another.

⏰ 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
📍 Milton Community Hall
👩‍🍳 Featuring Chef Jen

This welcoming session brings seniors together to cook, share a meal, and exchange stories in a supportive and inclusive environment. Participants will create a meal together, enjoy it together, and prepare a meal to take home, supporting both connection and well-being.

Shared Plates, Shared Stories supports healthy aging, reduces social isolation, and celebrates the resilience, wisdom, and contributions of older adults. Together, we’ll foster connection, community, and belonging—one shared meal at a time.

✨ This session is made possible thanks to funding from the PEI Seniors’ Secretariat Grant Program.
