It’s amazing how much gratitude can change our perspective. When we forget to be grateful, it’s easy to slip back into old thought patterns — focusing on what’s wrong instead of what’s right, what’s missing instead of what we have. Gratitude helps us stay grounded, hopeful, and aware of God’s goodness in every part of our recovery.
Come join us this week as we explore how to build an attitude of gratitude that keeps us moving forward in healing.

That truth has come alive for me through Celebrate Recovery. When I first came, I was carrying shame, fear, and struggles I didn’t even know how to name. But what I found wasn’t judgment or pressure to “get it together.” I found people who loved me right where I was — no masks, no fixing, just grace.

That unconditional love and acceptance changed everything for me. It’s what makes Celebrate Recovery such a safe place to heal… because love does what fixing never could. 💛

Join us this week to hear a story of a life changed by the grace and power of God.

So much of our old coping was about avoiding pain — numbing it, running from it, or pretending it wasn’t there. But healing asks something different of us. It invites us to stay present with what hurts long enough to let God meet us there.

Discomfort isn’t a sign we’re doing something wrong — it’s often proof that we’re growing, facing truth, and letting the light in where we used to hide.

Every time we choose to sit with the discomfort instead of escape it, we’re building a new kind of strength — the kind rooted in honesty, surrender, and grace.

Relapse isn’t just about returning to old behaviors—it’s often a signal that something inside us needs attention. This week at Celebrate Recovery, we’re going to explore Lesson 21: Relapse, and learn some key ways to recognize when we might be headed toward it.

Understanding the warning signs is the first step in staying on track and taking care of ourselves before things spiral. Come join us and gain practical tools for healing and growth.

For many of us, we were never really taught how to name our feelings. From a young age, we learned that showing emotion was a sign of weakness—that sadness, anger, or fear had to be hidden or ignored. We stuffed our feelings down, pushed them aside, or pretended they didn’t exist. But healing begins when we give ourselves permission to feel, to recognize and name what’s happening inside us. This is the first step toward understanding ourselves and finding true freedom. 💛

This week at Celebrate Recovery, we have a special testimony to share—a real story from someone walking a journey similar to yours.

Hearing another person’s testimony can be powerful. It reminds us we’re not alone in our struggles, and often we think, “Wow, I can relate to that.” It’s encouraging to see that others have faced challenges, found hope, and are moving forward.

Come experience connection, encouragement, and the hope that comes from sharing life’s journey together.

Come early at 5:45 for soup and bread before our meeting starts at 6:30. We’d love to see you there!

This week at Celebrate Recovery we’re diving into Lesson 20: Daily Inventory.
It’s all about taking a daily look at our hearts—celebrating victories, owning our mistakes, and staying close to God one day at a time.

You’re invited to join us—no matter where you are in your journey, there’s a place for you here!

Everyone has a story. Some stories are marked by pain, others by joy, and many by both. The powerful thing is this: when we share our stories, walls come down, hope rises, and lives change.
And the beautiful truth is that no story is too broken for God to redeem. What feels like the end can become a brand-new beginning.

What is Celebrate Recovery?

Celebrate Recovery is a biblical and balanced program that helps us overcome our hurts, hang-ups, and habits. It is based on the actual words of Jesus rather than psychological theory. 27 years ago, Saddleback Church launched Celebrate Recovery with 43 people. It was designed as a program to help those struggling with hurts, habits and hang-ups by showing them the loving power of Jesus Christ through a recovery process. Celebrate Recovery is now in over 30,000 churches worldwide!

By applying the Christ-centered 12 Steps and 8 Biblical Recovery Principles found in the Bible, you will begin to grow spiritually and experience freedom from your addictive, compulsive and dysfunctional behaviors. This freedom will create peace, serenity, joy and most importantly a stronger relationship with God and others.

Welcome to an amazing spiritual adventure!
