One of the most rewarding names I have been called is Coach. Sometimes I skipped lunch too on busy weekends. The Vision Statement hit home for me!

I have some NCCP training for sport, have studied under Jack Canfield and have my own life experiences to share and enjoy helping others where and when I can. "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day" I heard it for years and yet I got into a bad habit of skipping it. I found myself feeling very lethargic, often bloated and napping all the time. I was having difficulty keeping up with my family and sports. I was also very irritable and it was showing signs of causing problems in many areas of my life. I had heard about Isagenix at a networking group and kept grabbing tidbits of information about it each month. Many people around me were starting to indulge in shakes for better nutrition and thus I began to do deeper investigation into which company I would choose. It wasn't about marketing or growing a huge business super fast or earning something big, bright and shiny. It was simply about getting healthier and feeling better. And That was exactly what I needed. I was not looking for another MLM company to join, I just wanted the products to improve my health & get me into better eating habits. About 9 days into the program I drove past the coffee shop in the morning on my way into work - that was a huge sign for me that my cravings had subsided for things I didn't "need". Cleanse days were difficult but I knew (and still know) I need to push through them to curb those nasty cravings and rid my body of the toxins that are constantly surrounding us and impeding our overall health. With determination to succeed anyone can do this! These days I handle stress, and what were previous irritants, with a more relaxed outlook. The adaptagens in the Ionix Supreme (AKA Liquid Gold) and the alkaline diet have helped. I have released my "baby weight" 7 years later -- that was just a side effect of the program, it was not my main goal. I enjoy an Isagenix Shake for breakfast just about every day, and at times a 2nd shake as well when I need a boost of nutrition. I have shared my experiences with friends & acquaintances who've also decided to join Isagenix and I now no longer pay for my products. By sharing Your Isagenix experience with friends and having a couple join you, and those having friends join them, you too won't have to pay for your food either!

March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness month. Some people don’t like to talk about their colon or their re**um but I urge you to do the screening and if justified get your ass seen by a medical professional. Otherwise you’ll not only be using those words (colon/re**um) but you may be adding the dreaded “C-word” to regular conversations too.

March is National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month, and truthfully, we've had enough.

Colorectal cancer is now the deadliest cancer in people under 50, yet it remains underfunded and under discussed while rates continue to rise. Enough.
