Last year around this time I posted about Green house treatments and for the next few months they are available to those who want to get the taste of spring and warmth.
It’s and experience that can be described refreshing and reconnecting. Reflexology helps our body to heal in so many ways and being within the arms of so many different types of plants allows for a whole other level of experience. There seems to be a lot happening out there right now energetically and many of us are being forced to deal with some pretty powerful emotions, including myself. Allowing ourselves the chance for self care and healing is a must to be able to move forward and shake the self doubts and fears that reside within.
For anyone looking for that gentle pick me up either in the green house, or in the cozy confines of my treatment room message me or text me. The green house is located at Organic Oasis just North of Stratford.

Yesterday I decided that I needed a little sunshine and warmth in my life and the beautiful setting of a greenhouse as the back drop for a Reflexology treatment! Not only relaxing for myself and my client but also very healing and therapeutic!!
I am pairing with Aimee Plimmer from Ancient Roots Healing room to provide anyone who would like to enjoy something a little different then the regular treatment. Love your self unconditionally!
This is so hard to do for most of us including myself. Can you truly look in the mirror and say I Love you to yourself? To look at all your perfect imperfections and love every last bit of them? I encourage you all to practice saying I love you to strait to that beautiful soul looking back at you in the mirror because if you don’t love yourself it’s hard to give lots to those around you!!
