It’s been a little while since I’ve shown up here 💛

Lately, I’ve felt a gentle pull to step back — to live more off screen and more in the moment. To slow down, spend time with my family, and reconnect with what truly matters.

This season has been a reminder of how grounding it can be to pause… to breathe… to notice the simple, beautiful things that are so easy to miss when we’re always moving. ☕️🍁

As we celebrate Thanksgiving, I’m feeling deeply grateful — for this community, for the people who continue to show up even when I’ve been quiet, and for the chance to begin again.

Wishing you a cozy, heart-filled long weekend — full of connection, laughter, and gratitude for the small things. 🍂

✨ Welcome to Sarah Marie Yoga! ✨

Beyond being a yoga teacher, I’m a mom to a beautiful boy, a sister, daughter, wife, and a student of life. I’m an adventurer at heart, finding joy in camping ⛺, snowboarding, and anything that connects me to nature.

Yoga found me about 10 years ago when I was seeking more than fitness—it became my path to healing, connection, and wholeness. It not only eased my back pain and anxiety but also helped me heal my relationship with food and my body, teaching me self-acceptance and compassion along the way. 🌿

In 2020, I took a leap and completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training with the South Okanagan Yoga Academy, later adding Pain Care Aware and pre/postnatal training. My passion is creating a supportive community where everyone feels empowered in their well-being.

Becoming a mom in 2023 was both incredible and challenging. Finding time for yoga felt nearly impossible, so I created online offerings to make it more accessible. I’m passionate about sharing yoga with you and invite you to meet your body where it is—right from home. 🏡
