We’re growing our safety consulting team and looking for an Associate Safety Consultant who wants real exposure to client work, regulatory compliance, and professional growth in occupational health & safety. This is an excellent entry-to-mid-level role for someone who’s detail-oriented, client-focused, and motivated to build a long-term career in safety consulting.
What You’ll Do
Support Safety Consultants with day-to-day client projects and site coordination
Manage Documentation for safety assessments, reports, and client records
Coordinate Projects including schedules, meetings, and site visits
Client Communication for scheduling, follow-ups, and document requests
Data Entry & Analysis from inspections and safety assessments
Compliance Support by assisting with regulatory and audit documentation
Training Logistics including scheduling, materials, and session coordination
Vendor Coordination for safety equipment and materials
Quality Assurance to ensure accuracy and consistency in reports
Continuous Improvement by helping streamline internal safety processes
Preferred Certifications & Education
(We are willing to invest in training for the right candidate)
OHS Diploma (Occupational Health & Safety)
CRSP – Canadian Registered Safety Professional
CSP – Certified Safety Professional
NCSO – National Construction Safety Officer
NHSA – National Health & Safety Administrator Certification
Role Details
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person (Strathmore, AB)
