One of our biggest questions- Does Shockwave Therapy hurt?!?

Honestly? It can. 😱

But it’s not what you think! 😅

The results can be similar to that of a therapeutic deep tissue massage. 💆🏽‍♂️

The treatment can be uncomfortable, but your specially trained RMT is able to adjust to your comfort level. Some patients even fall asleep during treatments! 😴

The reality is - spots that are the most sore need the most work, therefore will be the most sore to treat. 🙁

You may experience mild discomfort during your treatment, depending on what is being worked on. 🥴

You may also experience sore/achiness to the area and possibly bruising or petechiae. This will dissipate over the next few days.

This is no reason to shy away from treatment, our incredible AIRPWT® Shockwave Therapists customize the treatment to be just what you need and can handle. ☺️

Why come for performance training when you can get exercises online?? 🤷🏼‍♀️

While a quick tutorial online may be helpful, the 1:1 feedback of how your body is moving and needs to move/feel is vital for the exercise to bring true benefit.

Online information is usually quite generalized; working with a coach is specific for your situation and can prevent a possible injury.

We also carry in stock essential oils and therapeutic items! Our therapists regularly attend ongoing education and special seminars to meet the growing needs of our patients.

Brent was chosen to speak at the WCORT- World Congress of Orthopaedic Surgeons 2018 in Milan Italy in July 2018. where he presented his findings on Post-Operative -Radial Shock wave Therapy using AIRPWT (Active Integrated Radial Pressure Wave Therapy)of which he is the founder and developer his paper to be published 2018-2019.
