Jessica was able to try out her new Sigvaris High Tech 412C compression socks for a round of golf! ⛳️

These are moisture wicking and have a cushioned footbed, toe and achilles tendon zones for optimal comfort.

Compression socks offer several benefits that enhance performance and comfort on the course.

✔️ Golf often involves walking long distance over several hours. Compression socks help increase blood flow in the legs, reducing fatigue and keeping muscles energize throughout the round.

✔️By supporting the calf muscles and promoting better circulation, compression socks help minimize muscle vibration, which can lead to less soreness and quicker recovery after a long day on the course.

✔️ Compression socks can offer added support to the ankle and lower leg, which is especially useful on uneven terrain or hilly courses. This can reduce the risk of minor injuries or strains.

✔️ These socks are made with moisture wicking, breathable fabrics that keep feet dry and regulate temperature. This can prevent blisters and or discomfort, especially during hot or humid rounds.

Being Banks mom has been my proudest accomplishment and my favourite title. He has taught me so much about myself in such a short period of time, and another level of empathy and understanding I hope to bring into my practice upon my return.

The annoyance of having a patient showing up late - it’s not easy packing the diaper bag, likely doing one more diaper change because a blow out always happens when you’re rushing out the door, and packing everyone up only to realize you forgot something behind and are casually running late despite starting to get ready an hour before your appointment time. I’ve been there.

The chiropractor in me telling you to book your little ones revision for their tongue and lip tie, knowing it will be helpful - only to cry handing them over to the dentist, and dread doing the exercises as they cry and discomfort in the days ahead. I’ve been there.

Knowing post partum rehabilitation is an essential part of recovery and thinking “how hard can it be to get a workout in” - only to have to choose 1 of 50 things off your to dos list during nap time, or be interrupted multiple times during your workout and pulled away from it by your little ones needs. I’ve been there.

Motherhood is like a secret club, until you’re apart of it you truly can’t wrap your head around what goes on in it. To all the moms in the club, I see you and celebrate you today 🤍
