Most of us carry stress in our bodies long after the moment has passed. Tight shoulders. Heavy chests. Restless energy. This class creates space for the body to move that stress through instead of holding onto it. 🤍
You’ll be guided into simple, intuitive movement supported by breath and music. There’s no choreography to follow and no “right” way to move, just cues that help you feel safe enough to listen to your body and respond.
This kind of movement can be deeply regulating for the nervous system, helping you leave feeling steadier, clearer, and more grounded without having to talk things out.
Guided by two nurse coaches, this class blends nervous system awareness with gentle structure, so you’re supported without being pushed.

Somatic Dance is for anyone who wants to move without being watched, corrected, or judged. There’s no performance here, no mirrors, no expectation to look a certain way.
Instead, you’re invited into movement that feels natural to you. Sometimes slow and subtle, sometimes bigger and expressive. You choose the pace. You choose how much or how little you move.
Megan and Melanie will guide you through this practice to help you feel safe enough to explore sensation, emotion, and release, especially if you’re used to holding it all together.

Wild Soul is a Studio and a Kids Fitness Club with the focus on Yoga and a little bit of strength training and cardiovascular exercise sprinkled in. Wild Soul was born out of the love for Yoga, Children & Community.
At Wild Soul we teach a Vinyasa Style Yoga. Vinyasa translates to “breath synchronized movement”. Often referred to as Flow Classes, this style is a moving meditation. We also teach a Yin Style Classes, with the focus on longer holds to access the connective tissues. We will help you push past your physical and emotional boundaries and begin to realize your fullest potential.
We welcome ALL students, from beginners to advanced, to come experience our transformative flow. Our Yoga practice is strengthening and detoxifying. You'll leave feeling stronger, empowered, and renewed.
We make all of our classes fun and accessible! We offer our students variations and modifications as needed throughout the practice. So don't worry if you’re new and never practiced yoga before we are here to help and guide you.
Our goal is to create a empowering group of Youth and Adults.
