This is not choreography or performance.
It’s intuitive, guided movement—where you’re invited to listen inward, move gently, and release what your body is ready to let go of.
Led by two nurse coaches, this one-hour experience blends:

We’ve made a few thoughtful adjustments, including class times and some new offerings, like Hot Slow Flow, Strength & Stability Flow, and a Pilates-Inspired class! Next week, we welcome Alia into the space; she will be offering Pilates 3x/week! 🙌
This month also sees the return of favourites like: Chair Yoga, Wild Yogis, and Girls Club! Be sure to register for these classes as they have limited spots and tend to fill up quickly. 🫶

Did you know that if you’re feeling extra tight in your chest or upper back, that’s your cue to come a little early?
You might grab a large bolster, place your lower back right at the edge, and gently lay back — opening the chest and letting the upper back soften.
Or maybe that feels like too much, so you choose a smaller bolster for a gentler opening.
Then you head into Hot Yoga Flow, Restorative, Slow Flow, Core Flow — whatever class you’re taking — already feeling a bit better.
Or maybe you arrive and Juli has straps laid out for you… and you’re thinking, I know these are helpful, but I’m not quite sure how.
This is just one small piece of what we explore in Yoga Foundations.🌿
Yoga Foundations is a 75-minute workshop designed to help you feel more confident, comfortable, and at ease in any class at Wild Soul Studio.
We’ll slow things down and cover:
– how to set up common yoga poses safely and effectively
– how (and why) to use blocks, straps, and bolsters
– how to follow verbal cues without constantly watching the teacher
– how to modify, rest, or rejoin a flow without feeling lost or self-conscious
– how to feel more at home in your body and in the room
This workshop is perfect for:
– brand new students
– anyone returning to yoga after time away
– those who want to refine the basics and feel more at ease in regular classes
We’ll finish with a short, gentle flow to help everything land, so you leave feeling grounded, capable, and ready to join any class on the schedule and step into Wild Soul confidently.
No experience or flexibility required. Come as you are. 🤍

Wild Soul is a Studio and a Kids Fitness Club with the focus on Yoga and a little bit of strength training and cardiovascular exercise sprinkled in. Wild Soul was born out of the love for Yoga, Children & Community.
At Wild Soul we teach a Vinyasa Style Yoga. Vinyasa translates to “breath synchronized movement”. Often referred to as Flow Classes, this style is a moving meditation. We also teach a Yin Style Classes, with the focus on longer holds to access the connective tissues. We will help you push past your physical and emotional boundaries and begin to realize your fullest potential.
We welcome ALL students, from beginners to advanced, to come experience our transformative flow. Our Yoga practice is strengthening and detoxifying. You'll leave feeling stronger, empowered, and renewed.
We make all of our classes fun and accessible! We offer our students variations and modifications as needed throughout the practice. So don't worry if you’re new and never practiced yoga before we are here to help and guide you.
Our goal is to create a empowering group of Youth and Adults.
