Reminders: Payment is now required when booking online. If you’d prefer to pay when you arrive, you’re more than welcome to come a few minutes early to register and pay at the front desk.

We also ask that everyone checks in at the front desk upon arrival — simply let our team know your name (especially if you’re new, so we can learn your name!). This helps us ensure teachers know how many students are attending so they can set up props and hold space for each and every one of you.

We’ll begin with simple guided breathwork to settle the nervous system and arrive fully in the space. From there, we’ll move through a blend of individual postures and accessible partner poses designed to support trust, communication, and ease rather than performance.

Expect laughter, grounding moments, and the chance to experience familiar shapes in a new way. No yoga experience (or perfect coordination 😉) required.

Your partner can be a spouse, friend, sibling, family member, or anyone you’d love to share the experience with.

This playful yet grounding class is designed for one child per adult, giving you space to try partner poses, gentle stretches, and mindful moments in a relaxed, supportive environment.

This is a chance to pause, laugh together, and create little moments of connection that stay with you long after class. Perfect for parents, caregivers, grandparents, or any trusted adult ready to share a calm, joyful experience with a child.

No charge for your child! Adults can use an existing class pass or drop in for $25. Recommended for children ages 7+ who can enjoy the full 45 minutes.

Sink into stillness with Acu + Align, a soothing blend of gentle acupuncture and guided meditation designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and restore your natural flow of energy. 🙌

This unique experience weaves together meditation with light, comfortable acupuncture. Very thin needles are placed at specific points to support the smooth flow of your body’s natural energy, known as Qi (pronounced chee) in Traditional Chinese Medicine. When energy flows freely, tension softens, the nervous system settles, and a deep sense of balance and inner harmony can emerge.

As the needles do their work, you’ll be guided into a meditative state that encourages deep rest, presence, and mindful awareness. Most people feel only a gentle sensation — or nothing at all — allowing the body to fully relax.

Welcome to February, friends! 💗

This is your midweek invitation to deep rest, nervous system reset, and supported surrender.

Every Wednesday at 8:00pm, we invite you to one of three classes:

1. Yoga Nidra 🌙
The practice of true rest. You’ll be fully supported in savasana with props, blankets, and pillows while guided through a gentle meditation designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. Yoga Nidra supports stress reduction, better sleep, mood balance, pain management, and deep restoration. This class requires no movement.

2. Suspension Yin 🌿
A fully supported Yin practice using the YogiGym® sling, allowing your body to gently traction, decompress joints, and release tension with gravity doing the work. Postures are passive, slow, and deeply therapeutic; This class supports connective tissues, muscles, and joints while inviting your system to soften and let go. Though this class is suspended, you will need a yoga mat, which will lay beneath the sling, for some of the postures.

3. Suspension Reiki Meditation ☀
A deeply restorative blend of suspended meditation + Reiki energy healing. You’ll rest comfortably in a suspension sling while Megan guides you through meditation as Reiki gently flows to support relaxation, balance, and emotional well-being. This class requires no movement.

These classes can fill up quickly due to limited spots! If a class is full, we highly encourage joining the waitlist. There are almost always cancellations, and you will not be charged unless you are moved into the class.

Our Story

Wild Soul is a Studio and a Kids Fitness Club with the focus on Yoga and a little bit of strength training and cardiovascular exercise sprinkled in. Wild Soul was born out of the love for Yoga, Children & Community.

At Wild Soul we teach a Vinyasa Style Yoga. Vinyasa translates to “breath synchronized movement”. Often referred to as Flow Classes, this style is a moving meditation. We also teach a Yin Style Classes, with the focus on longer holds to access the connective tissues. We will help you push past your physical and emotional boundaries and begin to realize your fullest potential.

We welcome ALL students, from beginners to advanced, to come experience our transformative flow. Our Yoga practice is strengthening and detoxifying. You'll leave feeling stronger, empowered, and renewed.

We make all of our classes fun and accessible! We offer our students variations and modifications as needed throughout the practice. So don't worry if you’re new and never practiced yoga before we are here to help and guide you.
