Over The Deep End is an indoor aquatic fitness studio that offers a large variety of classes from Boot camp style to therapy swims

Over The Deep End is a heated indoor pool that offers programs for all ages. We offer a variety of aqua fit classes from Boot Camp, water yoga, to classes specifically designed for beginners. Wally was wondering if anyone has a New Year’s Resolution for 2026 to have more fun, stay active and have a weekly reminder of just how great summer is no matter how cold winter is?

We have the following aqua fit availability:

Tuesday 4pm (begin & beyond) - 2 spots
Tuesday 5pm (Bootcamp) - 1 spot
Thursday 12pm (beginners gentle) - 1 spot

Classes start next week and run for 12 weeks at a cost of $185 - message ASAP to claim one of the last few spots!!!

From aqua-fit queens to our tiny fish crew,
We’re floating in thanks and it’s all thanks to you.

Teresa keeps waves rolling strong, lap by lap,
Her pool community’s tighter than a swimmer’s swim cap.
And Malyn’s little swimmers? They kick with such cheer,
Blowing bubbles like snowflakes this time of the year.

We are excited to announce that we have added a new beginners aqua fit class starting in the New Year!

Well, we all survived another Christmas party adventure (just barely for one of us, but that’s a story for another time)….,
Train to Stratford, chocolates at Rheo Thompson, lunch at features, Annie at the Playhouse, and back to Malyn‘s for dinner and secret Santa and today… we rest!!
Nothing better than a day with our pool sistas❤️
