Whether in a yoga class, sound journey, private session or simply within the walls of Heartspace itself, my intention and purpose is the tangible embodiment of love. With 10+ years of leading the Chopra Wellness and Trauma Center’s Yoga/Meditation programs and the CWCenter’s staffing departments - servicing clients internationally in health, wellness and trauma recovery that were guided and inspired by the works of Dr. Deepak Chopra, facilitating educational discussions, groups, workshops and events. As well I have many years experience running my own small studio in Squamish BC and working at various yoga studios over the duration of my career with all levels and abilities of students. I offer all of this work experience along with my own continued deep dive into self discovery from several life altering events into each practice and experience I offer. For nearly 4 beautiful years, our beloved instructor Lisa has been guiding our Stretch & Strength class with grace, power, and unwavering dedication. Every Mon & Thurs, Lisa holds a space where breath meets movement, and bodies are gently awakened into strength, flexibility, and inner alignment.

Lisa is more than a teacher,
she is a cherished part of our Heartspace family, a steady presence, and a source of encouragement for so many on their wellness journey.

As we near the 4-year anniversary of this beloved class, we’re taking a moment to celebrate the consistency, community, and care that Lisa has poured into every Thursday evening.

Your presence, your stories, your willingness to grow and open, to breathe, to heal, to remember. This is what gives Heartspace its light and life.

Together we’ve created more than a studio or sanctuary, we’ve woven a tapestry of kindness, courage, and connection.
