Please help me welcome Dawn Boys to the studio! We are absolutely thrilled to have her offering classes in Summerland!

Dawn is an IAYT yoga therapist and has worked as a personal trainer and rehabilitation assistant over the last 40 years.
Most recently Dawn’s graduation from a psychotherapy counseling program and appreciates the application of somatic movement in working with the emotional body. While working in physio and occupational therapy, Dawn incorporated various modalities in functional settings. Since becoming a yoga therapist she’s built on a collection of user friendly props to create an educational and exploratory yoga practice while working with the facia.

Dawn will be in studio on Monday morning at 9:15am, class booking available through our Jane link!
