Mobility Monday 💙

Feeling stiff, tight, or sore after workouts or long days at a desk?
Foam rolling is a simple way to improve mobility and help your body move better.

Foam rolling works by applying pressure to muscles and fascia to help:
✔️ Reduce muscle tension
✔️ Improve circulation
✔️ Increase range of motion
✔️ Support recovery between workouts

Try spending 30–60 seconds slowly rolling common tight areas like:
• Quads
• Glutes
• Upper back
• Calves

Tip from our practitioners:
Roll slowly and pause on tender spots for a few seconds to allow the tissue to release.
